Marie R. and Raina S. have started a group for those who are interested in creating a more enlightened mind, body, spirit connection. It will be headed by  Raina who is a Master Teacher. Mindfulness will be educational and practical. The purpose is to enrich our life journey; to elevate or enhance the everyday living experience: to deepen inner awareness; to shine your light in a grander way. The outcome will unfold as the group finds its way to greater inner wisdom by nurturing its purpose to reveal these truths and keeping on the course for the mind, body spirit connection. By sharing we will empower each other.  Contact Marie R. for more information.
